Pathways
The team is committed to providing training opportunities that best match up to the skills and interests of our valued members. We’re proud to announce we’ve finalised a training pathway program.
There are 4 pathways to choose from, ranging from getting out in the field to support and specialist roles.
Each of the pathways has defined capability aspects and selected training will be offered depending on the pathway/s you choose.
1. Ground Team Member (minimum deployment ready)
Strike Team Leader, Chainsaw Operations, Plant Operations, Fence Building, Drivers, Hub Operations
2. Coordinator Member (minimum deployment ready)
Mission Coordinators, Operations and planning, Logistics, Safety, Spontaneous Volunteer Management
3. Support Team Member (minimum engagement ready)
Medical and Welfare, Membership, Mobilisation, Information Technology, Administration and Finance, Human Resources
4. Community Team Member (minimum engagement ready)
Marketing and Communications, Community Engagement, Events and Recruitment, Fundraising, Media
